Google has serious partiality on some sites. This site movingscam.com openly sells links on their site. They have excellent ranking and never penalized for selling links. But some sites even if you have one suspicious out going link you are penalized. I don’t know how this is possible. Google’s penguin algorithm behaves partial on some sites. This shows algorithm rarely catches paid links only manual reviews catch paid links. Google should show it is ready to punish all sites selling links not just sites they don’t like.
When I was searching for moving companies. I came across this site ( movingcompanyreviews.com ) with over 150,000 pages indexed in Google. I was stunned to see this site surviving the recent Panda 4.1 update. I thought Panda 4.1 update targeted low quality thin content pages on a site, this site has over 100,000 virtually duplicate pages but Google doesn’t care. I am aware there are no real duplicate content penalty in Google but this site is ridiculous. Spamming 1000s and 1000s of City pages into Google and Google rewards this site. I seriously suspect the integrity of Google’s algorithm. It seems some sites are prioritized over other sites.
Check this URL for low quality auto generated city pages. This site has similar city pages for all states in USA. Come on Google this is very old search engine spam. It is time for Panda update to take care of this.
Also this site is cheating their customers. There are not that much companies as listed i the bracket near each city. For example one city says 75 moving companies but when I click on it I see only 7 companies.
I just searched for “seo services in nevada” and found all these crap sites occupying top 20 results. I am stunned this is 2014 and Google can’t catch these spam?
I thought Google’s pure spam , thin content penalty will catch these sites. But i am wrong Google has a long way to go with their algorithm. They try to reward sites with little or no content and finally end up with these sort of crap sites.
Some private blog network spammers have blogged saying their sites were punished in the latest PBN penalty update. These are updates we love to see from Google. We know there are many SEO companies who hold a lot of PBNs. I am happy now this is targeted. We hate to see PBNs power other big sites. Usually Private blog networks are used to boost ranking of SEO client sites or other sites operated by themselves.
This is the type of update we want to see from Google than the killer penguin update which gave the killer button to our competitors. After a long time I am appreciating Google. Come on Google bring it on , kill these spammer websites. Let the good sites rank.
More discussion here about this update.
This is the message sent out from Google through webamster tools to these spammers.
This Content will little or no added value
This site appears to contain a significant percentage of low quality or shallow pages which do not provide users with much added value ( such as thin affiliate pages, cookie-cutter sites, doorway pages, automatically generated content, or copied content )”
Even black hat forums are discussing about this world. I only want to tell these spammers one thing. Go To Hell. Well done Google.
